the race to the start

as we reach the beginning of something which will take years to focus on, we aim to race for the starting line in order that we are those who cross the finish before the others. there will be no race if we race against our fellow men, we must follow in order that we are able to once again lead. there will be no end. there is no beginning. there is only now. here. truth is not an emotional being, it is fact not thought. and so what is the place of thought? are we capable of thinking if we are clouded by our emotional beliefs and what are those beliefs when placed within the context of what we are thinking? is thought of any use? or should we allow our thoughts to be guided by the world's media and governments? in any case, would that amount to fact? what is fact? what is fiction? what is fantasy?
