Sometimes

There are times when you stand and look back at your life and begin to think about what was and what might have been. I don't care much for those times. If we are to be present we must live in the present. The moment is everything. The forces of the past and the future are just that, forces. They pull on us in either either direction but they do not make our decisions for us. They do not prevent us from being here, now. On the contrary, they are what has brought us here and what will see us onward. But we must remain vigilant of the present and always seek to find that precious 'moment'.
